Empower Your Journey to Wellness
There's much to see here. So, take your time, look around, and learn all there is to know about Fortitude Path.
I am currently an MSW student intern attending the University of Texas Arlington with a previous masters in Kinesiology and counseling at the University of North Texas. I have a passion for studying both the brain and physiological aspects of the body and how they coincide with one another.
My Mission
At Fortitude Path Therapy, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and welcoming space where every client feels seen and valued. I am dedicated to offering compassionate mental health care that empowers individuals to embrace their authentic selves while navigating life’s challenges. I understand that no one should have to face difficult seasons alone. Having overcome hardships myself, I know the strength and resilience that can emerge from struggle—and I believe that with the right support, you too can discover your capacity to heal, grow, and thrive.
At Fortitude Path Therapy, I believe that everyone has the potential to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life. My counseling services are designed to help my clients unlock their potential and achieve their goals.
I take a holistic approach to counseling, focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. I want you to feel as comfortable and safe as you can. I incorporate a variety of modalities to tailor your needs.
One on One Therapy is perfect for receiving personalized support and allows for growth at your own pace in addition to tailoring modalities that are specific for your personal needs. This a safe and collaborative environment that enables extensive support. All sessions will be held virtually.
Group therapy can be a powerful way to connect with others who are going through similar challenges. Our group therapy sessions provide a safe and supportive environment where you can share your experiences and learn from others. Group sessions are TBA and can vary depending on participation number.
This free consultation is a great place to start for taking progressive steps for receiving therapy! During this time, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, and to know a little bit more about each other in addition to what the next steps are!
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we will work to identify unhelpful thought patterns that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, or depression, and replace them with healthier ways of thinking and coping. CBT is practical, goal-oriented, and gives you tools that you can use in everyday life to manage challenges more effectively.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) emphasizes finding balance—between acceptance and change, emotions and logic, and personal needs and relationships. In our work, you will learn skills in four core areas: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. DBT can be especially helpful if you struggle with overwhelming emotions or maintaining healthy relationships, providing you with real-life strategies to create stability and growth
A trauma-informed approach recognizes that many people have faced difficult or painful experiences that continue to shape how they see themselves and the world. This framework emphasizes safety, empowerment, and understanding. Rather than focusing only on “what’s wrong,” we also look at “what happened” and how to move forward with compassion and resilience. This approach ensures that therapy is paced in a way that feels safe, supportive, and respectful of your story.
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) helps you focus on what’s possible rather than what’s holding you back. Instead of spending most of our time analyzing problems, we will work together to identify your strengths, highlight what’s already working, and set realistic steps toward your preferred future. This approach is empowering, practical, and centered on creating meaningful change in the present.
Mindfulness-based therapy encourages living in the present moment with greater awareness and acceptance. By slowing down and tuning into your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations, mindfulness can reduce stress, improve focus, and increase self-compassion. In therapy, we may practice simple mindfulness exercises together and develop tools you can use in daily life to feel more grounded and at peace.

I do not accept insurance as an intern and only accept self-pay, however if you do have insurance that you would like to utilize, we can submit a superbill form which will give you a certain percentage of your money back. We can speak more on it if this is something that you are interested in.
I am located in Fort worth Texas, however I will only be accepting virtual appointments for right now meaning that as long as you are located in Texas, I am able to see you!
I do not offer any discounts; however I can offer a sliding scale which we can talk about during our consultation.
If you have a desire to make a change and have made it this far to the website, I commend you! Next all you need to do is schedule a free consultation and we can discuss your goals and what you would like to gain from therapy! I am here for you the best way I can be.
